'23 Civic Type R and many more...

Picked up a new '23 yesterday evening. The best I've heard of nationwide is 5000 over sticker and the best I could do locally yesterday was 6,500 over sticker. Seems like a great car so far. Open to feedback and thoughts... I'm in North Texas.
